We study your product, market, audience and competitor websites to understandwhat the site has to win. Based on that research, we build the informationarchitecture: a sitemap, section structure and the user flows between pages. Fora website redesign, we start with a UX audit of the existing pages and documentwhat works and what blocks conversion.

We design wireframes for every page⁠—monochrome layouts with no styling thatshow block structure, content hierarchy and user flows. The wireframes areassembled into a clickable prototype in Figma that can be tested before anyvisual design exists. This fixes the full scope of the website and exposes weakpoints in the journey while they are still cheap to fix.

This stage starts with a design session⁠—a live meeting where we go throughreferences, typography, color and style directions together with you. We thendevelop the visual concept on the homepage and one or two key pages: typepairings, color palette, icon and illustration style, and the character of the motiondesign. The concept is presented in motion, with micro-interactions and pagetransitions, not as static screens.

The approved concept is scaled across every page of the website, and we build adesign system⁠—a Figma component library with states and variants thatdevelopers can work with directly. In parallel, our illustrators and 3D artists drawthe icons, illustrations and graphic assets for specific sections. Every page isadapted for tablet and mobile as proper responsive design, not a scaled-downdesktop version.

The website is built in Framer, Webflow or custom code⁠—the choice between no-code and custom development depends on the complexity of the project and onwho will maintain it after launch. A motion designer works alongside thedevelopers, so animations and micro-interactions reach the live site withoutbeing simplified. Before launch we set up the CMS, run technical SEO setup,accessibility checks and Core Web Vitals testing, then complete the designhandoff, transfer access and train your team.
